How to Make the Prettiest (and EASIEST) Fairy Flower Crowns on the Cheap!

My daughter is having her 5th birthday soon and her part theme is Fairies!

I searched everywhere for cute party favors that the kids could enjoy during the party and I only came up with cheap crap from China or suuuuuuper expensive things.

There's definitely a craft to make beautiful fairy crowns and I can see why some folks charge so much to make them! But, we are having a party for 25 little girls and I don't have the hundreds of $$ to have them made for me.

So here is my cheap-o tutorial on how to make quite beautiful fairy flower crown, for approx $1.25 each and all with items from the Dollar Tree!!

So I started with Delphiniums from the dollar store! I realized quickly that you can just wrap the stems and that makes the crowns!!!! Hello!!! I bought wraps, wire, pipe cleaners, etc to make the crowns with and promptly returned it ALL to buy more delphiniums!!!

Then I started making the crowns with the flowers and some floral tape!

Fold the stems so they fit on your child's head and pinch where it overlaps. Then take your precut floral tape, I used a 5" piece, and just wrap it! You have to press the tape down and if it doesn't stick really tightly on the ends, don't worry because you can dab some hot glue on it when you glue the extra flowers in!

And literally, that's it. You can be done now and it's a pretty fly fairy crown for A DOLLAR!!!! $1!!!

But of course, I'm a chronic over achiever so I couldn't stop there, lol.

I just popped off the flower heads from the other flowers that I also got from the dollar store and hot glued them in. I also got some 3 packs of butterflies that I just glued in as well!!

And also, I used ribbons down the back! Just three strands, 13" long each and just tied them on! and Done!! I estimate they cost approx. $1.25 each in supplies so I saved some super mula doing them for all 25 kids!!!
